Southern Mantis is a fairly rare short range Kung Fu system that is very unlike the more well known Northern Mantis system. Southern Mantis relies on generating “inch power” and attacking vital targets, often with the phoenix eye fist, a single knuckle punch.These four DVDs provide the basic footwork, body postures and both defensive and offensive techniques.
