I could not conceive of the schedule or life that H.H. the Dalai Lama keeps. He is never still, always teaching, always writing, always speaking, always seeking a way to free his people, he’s probably been in more airports in his life than everyone in our town will ever see. I cannot conceive of lacking compassion for him.5.0 out of 5 stars  One world one people By jaco (Toronto, Canada)I feel that in the world that we live today it is easy to be distracted and to lose track of what is essential for us to be happy. In this DVD The Dali Lama helped me find the essential truth for long lasting happiness. Compassion, Kindness, internal disarmament, care of others are some of the important subjects mentioned. He believes in action more then in prayers which I thought, was surprising but refreshing to hear from such a spiritual person. His teaching of moral ethics and his openness to other cultures and religions are in my opinion the base in finding inner peace and in keeping hope alive for a peaceful world. I highly recommend this DVD.
