No equipment needed.***************************************************************************Spinal WavesIn this video I demonstrate and explain a drill that I use on myself and with my students to develop awareness of the entire spine, its capacity to undulate and wave, and individual awareness of each vertebra and its position both in space and relative to the other vertebra. Try to do 30 days straight of 5 – 10 mins of spinal waves per day, your spine will thank you for it!  I have purposefully left some details vague so as to encourage the viewer to explore for themselves, so instead of thinking of these as “the correct way to do things”, try to think of them instead as clues that will help you perform your own in depth explorations.
