Even if you know the cues for a handstand (flat back, stay tight ect) going through H1 will leave you with the body that can actually perform these actions. The body line drills will teach you how to strengthen and learn the position that will be needed in your handstand experience.Next, the mobility work provided by H1 is incredible. My shoulders feel better and better each day that I perform the drills. Even if your interest was not handstand related, the mobility drills themselves are things that every one should be doing for healthy mobile shoulders.Lastly, for people who have already been handstanding a while, H1 provides a road map to go further. After accomplishing a handstand, where do you go? H1 will tell you where and give you the tools to reach it.
