This series will culminate into stretches that show you how to do the splits, scorpion, back-bends, back-bend walkovers and more. Catherine is a ballet and Pilates instructor in Austin, Texas.Day 1 is general contains general flexibility stretches which can be used to ease into this series of videos or can be used to as a warmup routine.Day 2 is general core strength and flexibility conditioning to prepare you body for more advanced stretches for the rest of that video series.Day 3 focuses on increasing back flexibility in preparation for being able to do backbend and backbend walkovers plus how to do the splits.Day 4 focuses on how to the splits and how to do backbends as well increasing your overall arm strength for balance and stability.Day 5 focuses on the stretches you have already done so far but at faster pace with a deeper stretch. This includes both the splits and backbend.Day 6 focuses on building the balance needed to be able to do standing flexibility poses as well as backbends. This day will help prepare you for handstands, dancer’s pose and scorpion.Day 7 focuses on more advanced poses like Dancer’s Pose and how to do a handstand.Day 8 focuses on advanced modification for stretches you have already done.
