Brain.fm technology exploits auditory rhythms and is backed-up by plenty of neurophysiological experiments. It is music designed for the brain to enhance focus, relaxation, meditation, naps and sleep within 10 – 15 minutes of use. All of the music is generated by an AI. Listen anytime you want to focus, relax, sleep, nap or meditate. We suggest listening during the activity, (i.e. use the audio while you’re studying, instead of before) and listening as often as you’d like. Please use headphones. Without headphones you won’t hear the 3D audio enhancements, which are significant to the impact that the sessions are capable of. I have found these recently on my hard drive but cannot attribute the source. Have been using them for work with great effect. Most probably they are from 2016.
