Most of you no… So the IRL value is minor.Still you can put a screwdriver into a board, throw paper clips (unfolded ones) into trees (I did!) and toss any object hard as hell using this move.I like empty beer bottles my pals drink- I ship them like missiles! The key is not to throw it end over end but to fire it like a dart- nails, knives and anything else.The 1st part is stuff on knife fighting- look, just run! You will get killed fighting a blade- even if you have one of your  own. This is not Hollywood! Death comes fast in a knife assault!I’ve seen it, I know! Its not cool…The middle part is good- the Power Throwing stuff. He shows good ways to do it and yes you can get your blade out and nail a gun man faster then he can draw and fire.And….The last part is BS just showing off knives- hell go to eBay and see that ! Save your ratio if you don’t need to get all the MA stuff here. Still it can be fun to few and try for some.This is good but not great. I liked it enough to share it here tho.All can DL!
