Join ‘The Biggest Loser’ trainers, Angie and Richard, as they guide you through their fun, intensive, calorie crunching workout!Now’s your chance to workout alongside the contestants and maximise your success by following the six-week programme so you too can see those extra pounds disappear!The DVD is organised with 5 different options for workouts:Workout 1 – warm up, cardio, cool downWorkout 2 – warm up, strength, cool downWorkout 3 – warm up, strength, cardio, cool downWorkout 4 – warm up, cardio, hip hop, cool downWorkout 5 – warm up, strength, cardio, hip hop, cool downThe warm up is just under 10 minutes long and very comprehensive starting with mobility for the upper body followed by lower body with stretches and then a final minute of movement to warm the body up for the workout which you have chosen. The cool down is, again, 10 minutes long and is a lot of tai chi movements. This keeps the body moving and allows the heart rate to come down slowly. The cardio section is presented by Richard and uses a lot of boxing/kick boxing movements. The strength section is presented by Angie and uses dumbbells. Each exercise is performed for sixty seconds, and then a new exercise is performed with minimal break (as circuit training)Finally, the hip hop dance section lasts 10 minutes
