I had been talking to some friends about the level of stress I had been feeling lately and someone brought up self-hypnosis as a way of dealing with it.I didn’t even know that hypnosis could be used to treat such things. Anyway I ended up searching for a guide that would help teach me what I would need to know to do this effectively. It took some searching but, I found this guide and was really happy with it. Everything is laid out logically and there is a lot of actionable advice that I’ve been able to put to use.The guide contains a lot of other sections not relating to stress that may be useful in other situations.5 su 5 stelle Hypnosis Can Bring Peace And Will Gives You Relief Form Stress 7   5 settembre 2015by Hassan JavaidHypnosis is the best to come out from stress and feel calm. I was so much in stress from last couple of years and feeling always tired and also was not able sleep well. One of colleagues told me about it so I purchased this book. Although, I already read a book before this on Hypnosis and I got some basic ideas on Hypnosis and I’m practicing it as well from couple of weeks now but I was looking to get more information on it and I really found this book so much helpful.5 su 5 stelle Hypnosis is a double-edged sword. 29 dicembre 2015by CathyThis book about hypnosis provided interesting facts about the topic, background complete with a timeline; its different types and benefits; self-hypnosis and more related topics. The author’s voice shifts from academic boring to self help and very inconsistent so she failed to connect to me as a reader. I loved the book cover, it looks interesting so I was drawn to read it. I also liked that the author provided the origins of hypnotism. For entertainment purposes, it was fine. But for educational purposes, I’d appreciate citations for the studies mentioned to give it a more accurate take than mere conjectures. As a guide for beginners, it’s a good introductory book to hypnosis. Mastery of the techniques for hypnosis, mind control, manipulation, and more by just reading this book is debatable. The background history became a little close to boring because it’s too long. The chapter about the risks of hypnosis should have been in the earlier part of the book and the conclusion is more like a part of the disclaimer.A word of caution: self-hypnosis is okay to alleviate one’s stress to manageable levels. To start hypnotizing another person without proper training is another thing. You might open a can of worms you are not ready to deal with which can lead to more trauma to the person involved. I recommend it to people just wanting to read about hypnosis. But do not be deceived by the title, you will not be a master after reading it. It may lead you to more questions, so it’s up to you!5 su 5 stelle A comlete book for Hypnosis 13 settembre 2015by Ricky N. RundleI truly felt that trance induction is basically used for you to take advantage on different people, by some intends to control them and make them do things for your points of interest. I was astounded to figure out the advantages of sleep induction. Like from part 2, Hypnosis lessens anxiety, help treat melancholy and nervousness, treat fixation and some more.Without a doubt a fascinating read, I’m an extremely inquisitive individual so when I saw this book, I thought well; given me a chance out this book an attempt and see what it’s about. I practically never knew anything about trance, I generally thought it was some voodoo stuff, such as attempting to trap individuals and stuff. In any case, come to discover it can be extremely valuable to your life. Like from part 2: how to handle ceaseless agony? I didn’t realize that, and there’s all the more as well. The different sorts of spellbinding are clarified, including self trance. I like that the essentials of self trance are talked about. The creator experiences the three phases of self-entrancing in point of interest. I truly delighted in this book as it concentrated on a part of spellbinding, self trance, which I would most likely be more OK with.I believed that was exceptionally fascinating. In any case, in case you’re interested, in torment, have stress, and so forth.. I would prescribe this book to you!5 su 5 stelle A hypnotic book 3 gennaio 2016by Jesus Santini First time I heard something like hypnotism is when I read “The Facts in the Case of M. Valdemar” by Poe, and I got so interested in that subject that I continued investigating about it. I came to this book, which I could buy in an Amazon’s promotion, as a part of that research and I have to say that it’s a very good one since it presents Hypnosis as an easy-to-understand, but delicate issue, noticing the importance, uses and benefits that we can obtain when going through this particular mind state. As it name says, this is a book for beginners (I am one). It is written in a very detailed way, and treats Hypnosis in a complete manner, outstanding positive impacts in people and explaining deeply all the little steps to consider when trying hypnotizing yourself or someone else.Sometimes is difficult for us to get concentrated on regular duties every day, there may be too many things around us to worry about. I do think this book gives you tools that, if correctly applied, can improve your day-to-day performance and focus when you are about to do a special activity or work.
