Arjuna was able to conduct many hours of in-depth interviews with Sri Bhagavan as well as with  Sri Amma, making it the first interview she had ever granted.What is Oneness blessing (Deeksha)?The ‘deeksha’ literally means ‘transfer of energy’, and is the means through which a divine power is activated in the brain, initiating a neuro-biological process which ultimately leads to enlightenment.  This takes place not through any act of effort on our part, but through an act of divine grace.Many people enter deep states of silence following the deeksha, often accompanied by feelings of ecstasy, heart opening, and oneness.  Various physiological and emotional changes begin to take place as the sense of a separate ‘self’ dissolves.Each person’s process and timing for this will be different, but once the sense of a separate self dissolves, people experience themselves coming into ever-deepening states of oneness. They experience union with creation, union with God, and the cessation of inner conflict.As the ‘self’ disappears, so do cravings and addictions. Love, harmony and balance begin to permeate our lives, extending into all our relationships with people as well as into the arenas of education, career, and finances. As we deepen into states of union, we automatically become agents of transformation in the world around us.Ultimately, as more and more people become enlightened, it is expected that we will reach a ‘critical mass’, following which there will be a wave of mass enlightenment that sweeps through the whole planet. This will be the beginning of a Golden Age of peace, harmony, and freedom!Personal note:After discovering the Sedona Method last October I was sure I had found a key tool to removing negative unresolved issues related to the path as well as releasing negative emotions in real time. The Sedona Method has been of tremendous help to me in cleaning up my past and removing limitations in my life and I still use it daily.The Deeksha however works in a very similar, although in a much more powerful way.I get physical sensations when I release from my stomach and chest area, as well as on the bottom of my feet when I release. I feel the negative energy leaving the body, and I’m left feeling lighter and happier and more at ease. The Deeksha also brings these sensations, in the same way as the Sedona Method, but moves in a much faster and more effective way. I’d say the Deeksha works around 10 times faster than the Sedona Method as releasing goes, without you having to do anything else but to welcome and accept it.I’m not saying one is better than the other, but the Deeksha has an intelligence on its own and will correct faults where its needed automatically and fix areas of your life you haven’t worked on yourself. It is the most powerful divine gift I’ve come across so far and I use it 3 times daily. You can receive Deeksha through certain audio tracks blessed with Deeksha which is located here: I recommend the first 2 tracks, with the first one being the most famous and in my experience also the most effective.The best way to receive Deeksha is through a Deeksha giver who’s done the 21 day course at the Oneness university in India, but you’ll receive great benefits simply from the audio. The audio and Deeksha giver is not required to receive the Deeksha. You can receive it from anywhere, anytime, though it helps the process to use either audio or a Deeksha giver to receive it. My life has never been the same since I started receiving Deeksha. My negative emotions are simply vanished and occur very rarely and in very small quantities. Fear disappeared completely, which was HUGE to me. Tasks that used to make me shit my pants just thinking about, stir up emotions like slight nervousness, if even that. Its more a feeling of excitement when I embark on new goals for my life. One of the major things I credit the Deeksha for is starting my own business. I simply woke up a day in the beginning of July and thought to myself “what am I gonna do today? and the answer was “today I’m gonna start building up my own business”.I’m now in the end phases of launching it and very excited with a feeling of “this is gonna be great” rather than “what if something will go wrong”.The experiences will be different for each individual, though the removal of negative emotions and the augmentation of positive ones seems to be the general cause, as well as you’ll feel a sense of oneness with everyone and the sense of a separate you will disappear and you can say bye bye to the feeling of being lonely forever.And your love will expand greatly, Your heart will flower and you’ll feel an unconditional love for any living thing, which is simply indescribable.It is fantastic and magnificent and the greatest discovery of my life and I feel so lucky to have been fortunate enough to have discovered it.Just one more thing, if you haven’t done any work on yourself regarding issues from the past you may experience unpleasantness from the Deeksha at first. This is because in order to let go of negativity, you first need to experience it and acknowledge its existence before you can let it go. Keep at it and it will disappear and you’ll receive the benefits the Deeksha is known for. Personally I didn’t have any unpleasantness with the Deeksha, but I’ve cleared up all the major issues from my life previously with the Sedona Method.
