This is the same program as in (without the additional video), but takes almost 4 times less space.MP3s are re-compressed from 160kbit stereo to 80kbit mono so that all nicely fits on an MP3 player (350MB instead of 1.3GB).  The program was designed as a 30-day course where you listen to a piece every day and then do some homework and I found carrying it around very helpful.  So might you.There’s no difference in quality, as far as I could tell, probably since the original program was recorder for tapes.
