Through personal accounts Breakthrough 2 Balance shows the reader how our perceptions distort our personal balance and how by asking a different set of questions around past events, the emotions people direct at us or we play out we can start to change our perceptions to achieve greater harmony in our relationships, transform our communication with others and achieve a greater sense of emotional and physical well being. Breakthrough 2 Balance provides readers with easy tips and techniques that they can put into practice for instant results.  It is written in an easy manner seeking to convey the core messages of how to achieve personal balance through personal insights, analogies, anecdotes and recommendations of tips and techniques that have been used with success in my own life with notable results.   The intention is to empower readers, help them understand themselves better, enhance their relationships and manage and control their emotions, accepting and appreciating themselves and those around them for who they truly are.
