It’s hard to write a description about this video series. It’s by Alex Kozma, A darn good Internal Martial artist. Most of this series are about Nei Ja and Xing Yi.My review about this video series is that “IT’s  MUST HAVE”. Just the section alone on Xing Yi will give you great knowledge about posture, movement and integration of structure in Internal martial arts.I’ve personally watched this section few times. If you’ve heard or read about “moving like a unit” or “rooting” or “issuing power” or “using waist” and had hard time implementing the concept to practice, then you need to watch it few times too.The concept are pretty much universal and applicable even if you are learning taichichuan or bagua. Heck you can use these concepts if you are learning karate.
