This session works to guide your mind down to a brainwave state where hGH is usually released in adults. hGH, or Human Growth Hormone, is a hormone produced in great quantities by children, and is associated with anti-aging properties, accelerated growth and rapid healing.To use this session, find a quiet place, free of distraction. Make sure you are comfortable, in a chair or lying down. After starting the session, close your eyes and try to relax (your eyes should be closed, even if you are using screen flashing or light goggles).
