I ripped these a while back, the quality is not that great, but still watchable and A lot to learn from.  First time seeding and my bandwidth flancuates because my ISP shapes the traffic. These tapes were recorded 35 years ago in a Canadian television studio. Each tape contains four informative, self contained, 30 minute segments which are easy to follow with noticable results. They include both lectures and demonstrations of Functional Integration and Awareness Through Movement. While the quality of these tapes is not up to modern standards, they represent one of the few recorded examples of Dr. Feldenkrais presenting his method to the general public.I also have the following feldenkrias stuff that I ripped awhile back and can share them at your request.
