This is the second set of notes i am releasing, now this set, unlike the first one i’ve released (at a hefty 51 pages), is a little thinner as this is one more about the structure of the program, it contains a very thorough and precise indexing system of every concept and topic in the product, and at least a short summary of what it’s about in the title of the section.It contains many quotes, transcriptions and notes as well, but this one you can consider more of a workbook to follow along with listening to the product, as it offers a structure to Major Mark’s babbling, and the ability to easily reference every concept and segment of the program, and also fill in alot of your own notes… These notes have:- structure and index of the program, about 100% done- additional notes and summaries, about 10, 20% doneSo this is more useful as a guide while you’re going through the product on your own,  rather than as a quick hand substitute for the product.LEGEND:~ ———-means it contains some personal notes or conclusions made by me, you can replaces them with your own conclusionsXXX———-means that this is an active part of this workbook, you replace those XXX with answers of your own”quotes”———-means it’s a transcription directly from the audio[x]———-is a rating of how useful I’ve found the particular audio segment to ME, replace this with your own rating for further referencing, re-listening to the system{x}———-is a rating of how usefull I’ve found the particular reading segment (in the notes) to ME, replace this with your own rating for further referencing, re-listening to the system regular, non-quoted text is usually a summary of the points made in the particular audio segment
