This is 2 years old, AFAIK. It has gym-based workouts (barbells, dumbbells and machines) for the whole body. The levels are beginner, intermediate and advanced. Includes a printable log page. Differences from the Full Body Muscle Plan Here you have drawings, there you have color photos- more machine exercises for the beginners so that you can strengthen your muscles before moving to freeweights- has a log page to take to the gym- different exercisesI would DL both. This would be a good intro book for weight training, combined with http://www.bodybuilding.com which has videos of the exercises and a personal training program (intro to training) at http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/guideword.htm.I didn’t see anything on full-body workouts except Abs Diet here, so I wanted to contribute.
