This is the accompanying manual to the ‘Secrets of Speed-Hitting’ video. 42 Pages long, La Tourrette lays out the step by step sequences of the speed hitting moves demonstated in the video. There is some additional information that isn’t on the video. I have found it useful to have this manual on hand while practising the moves, it help with memorisation of the sequences.
