I especially love the role plays that demonstrate toxic conflict and exactly how secure-functioning couples resolve conflict in healthy ways. I highly recommend this for couples and singles. The material covers aspects of how and why to be in relationship. The Material is never dry and there was not one chapter that I didn’t feel was receiving wisdom that I wish I had 30 years ago.
