Mike received his Masters Degree in Sports Biomechanics from the world-renowned Human Performance Lab at Ball State University. Mike is the president of Robertson Training Systems, and the co-owner of Indianapolis Fitness and Sports Training which was named one of America’s Top Ten Gyms by Men’s Health magazine in 2009 and 2010. Wil FlemingWil Fleming is the Co-Owner and Director of Athlete Performance at Force Fitness & Performance. His systems of athletic development have helped countless athletes of all ages and abilities, including those just starting their pursuit of athletic achievement , NCAA All-Americans, high school state champions, and Olympians.Wil earned All-State honors in multiple sports while competing in high school. Dave GleasonDave Gleason was the 2010 IYCA Member of the Year and, along with his wife Andrea, owns Fitness Revolution Southshore and Athletic Revolution Southshore .Dave has been coaching young athletes for 2 decades, dating back to 1989 as a soccer coach to hundreds aspiring soccer players.  In the mid to late 90′s Dave was strength coach for some of the most successful young tennis players in New England – many of them reaching top ten rankings regionally and nationally.  Dave has served as a strength and conditioning coach for private swim club teams and has worked individually with hundreds of children 6-18 years old with a wide ranging ability level. Toby BrooksDr. Toby Brooks serves at the Director of Research and Education for the IYCA. A native of Golconda, Illinois, he was recently named as the 2013 Most Distinguished Alumni by Southeastern Illinois College where he graduated with an Associate of Science degree in 1995. He completed his undergraduate studies in athletic training and was named one of the Top 25 Graduating Seniors at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. He then accepted a graduate assistant athletic trainer position at the University of Arizona. At the U of A, he completed both his Masters and Doctoral degrees in Physical Education while working with the Wildcat women’s gymnastics, football, and baseball programs.After completing his studies, Brooks has worked as a certified athletic trainer and/or strength coach with numerous professional, collegiate, and high school athletics programs, including the USA Baseball national teams, the Oakland Raiders, the Florida Firecats AF2 Football franchise, and the Southern Illinois Miners Frontier League Baseball team. He has published multiple articles and studies, and presents regularly at national and international conferences.Brooks has served as an Assistant Professor and Clinical Coordinator in the Master of Athletic Training Program at the Texas Tech University Health Science Center in Lubbock and is Co-Founder and Creative Director of NiTROhype Creative. He is active in his church, and in his scant free time, he enjoys writing, drawing, playing the drums, working on cars, and spending time with his wife Christi, daughter Brynnan, and son Taye. Dr. Chris MohrDr. Chris Mohr holds a Masters in Nutrition, a PhD in Exercise Physiology and is a Registered Dietician and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. He is a consulting Sports Nutritionist for the Cincinnati Bengals and Under Armour’s TNP Training Council. Through his company Mohr Results, Inc., he works with all types of individuals from youth to professional athletes.Dr. Mohr is a Nutrition Spokesperson and Consultant to a number of media outlets and corporations including  Discovery Health Channel, The Dairy Council, Clif Bar, Nordic Naturals.  He is on the Advisory Board for Men’s Fitness Magazine and has written over 500 articles for consumer publications, such as Men’s Fitness, Weight Watchers, Men’s Health and Fitness, to name a few. Pamela MacElreePamela MacElree holds a Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University and  a Masters of Science in Exercise Science from California University of Pennsylvania.  Pamela is co-owner of Urban Athlete, which operates a strength and conditioning studio and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.Recognizing the value in quality programs and their applications Pamela has also collaborated on developing and delivering the only peer-reviewed Kettlebell training certification for Fitness Professionals through Kettlebell Athletics in the United States and Germany. Jim KeilbasoJim Kielbaso is an IYCA Expert and Director of the Total Performance Training Center in Wixom, Michigan.  As a Collegiate Strength Coach he was named NSCA Strength & Conditioning Professional of the Year for the Midwestern Collegiate Conference.Jim is also a published fitness author and featured presenter at clinics, camps, and conferences across the country and co-founder of Ultimate Strength and Conditioning.
