Your punches will have more power, your kicks willhave more control, and your overall fight coordination will feel better.It’s important to perform these exercises consistently. Perform these workouts 5 days a weekfor the best results. Your goal is to perform these workouts 5 days in a row then take two daysoff for rest.Below is an example of a 1 week schedule. Feel free to repeat this week of training over andover again. Training the basics and foundation are always good to do no matter what levelyou reach.
