We shot this at a recent STfGST (“Stretch Therapy for Gymnastics Strength Training”) workshop, in Duncan Maxwell’s excellent Energy Clinic.As always, this program is DRM-free: you buy it, you own it! You can put it on all of your devices at no extra cost.This is the first of many classes; you will be able to distinguish these at a glance—all with have blue posters, meaning a single, follow-along class, with only solo exercises—no partner work. We shot this program with four cameras and recorded live sound (see if you can hear the skipping ropes in the background at one point!).
