After listening to it you’ll increase your understanding of human behavior greatly. I noticed how much less agitated I become when I witness “stupid” behavior. Being aware of levels of energy you realize that everyone is doing what’s appropriate to his current level. Another very important thing to take from it, is realization that since being on different parts of the spectrum of energy levels literally changes how you perceive the world, it’s necessary to communicate with people appropriately to their current level. E.g. no talking about personal purpose, greater good and contribution to someone who’s apathetic, it would be much more effective to make him angry to mobilize him.When listening to this and other audio books on Audible I wasn’t too fond of non descriptive chapter names, so I renamed numbered files to appropriate chapter names. Not only that I named each part of Chapter 3,  so you’ll immediately know which energy levels are being discussed. It should be helpful when wanting to reference a particular section in the future, as well as for giving overall visual structure when looking at the chapter names. I personally intend to switch from Audible to Podcast Addict (my app of choice for audiobooks) for this reason. Regarding quality I didn’t go to mp3, because even on my shitty laptop speakers I could hear a drop of quality compared to m4b.Finally, I want to give credit to  illman, for suggesting me an easy way for ripping audiobooks
