Description

Yoga International – Living Yoga Conference April 2015 Audios (including bonus content) Yoga International has clearly stepped it up lately, especially in the past year, taking its place in the modern yoga world without losing touch with yoga’s roots, and picking up where some other yoga resources have fallen short. People have been left craving substance, and YI has sought to deliver. Some of you may agree they’ve done a pretty good job so far. _This is the audio version of this one here: it’s more practical to listen while commuting or doing other things, many people, including me, prefer audio versions. I’ve included the quiz you have to complete in the end for the continue education credits, with the correct answers. I found it quite useful to help retain the essence of each presentation.
