Anyone exploring the Lemurian and Atlantean uses of crystals will enjoy this book.The process is a bit in-depth and fairly intense. It may be difficult to follow every one of the steps, though the process can be simplified, as it is by other authors. Each of the entries becomes somewhat repetetive after some time, but the information may still be useful.
