About the Author Oscar Moran is a professor of Physical Education and a national weightlifting and bodybuilding trainer, fitness sports technician, sports nutrition technician and an expert in martial arts. He has been a member of the board at the International Federation of Physical Education and has published several books and dozens of articles in specialized magazines. Isabel Arechabala has a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from the the Complutense Faculty of Madrid. Since 1982, she has been working in the fields of illustration and graphic design. She successfully combines her work as an illustrator/graphic designer and her job as a professor of illustration and computer graphic design. ~~~ Amazon 5 star review: “Good for the non-professional” February 8, 2013, By Wicked Photo Girl This book is divided into several sections 1) Pectorals 2) Back 3) Neck and Shoulders 4) Biceps and Triceps 5) Forearms and Hands 6) Legs and 7) Abdomen and Lower Back in additional to a few other sections and is well organized. Each exercise is well described and goes over what specific muscles are involved and will benefit from the stretch. The colored illustrations add quite a bit to help a novice to begin. There are also variations to each stretch for those who may not be as flexible or able to complete the entire stretch at first. This also offers “pairs” stretching alternatives. For the price Stretching Exercising Encyclopedia has a wealth of information at your fingertips. ~~~
