These are 3 sessions of Dr. Ruden demonstrating his Havening technique, endorsed by Jonathan Chase, Paul McKenna and others. They can be found on his website. I converted the videos to use on my IPhone. Included is an interview on his approach to coaching, called bio coaching.These techniques can be done by a coach/therapist, but also by the client him /herself! It is a simple technique to remove emotional trauma and the consequences thereof. It is not EFT nor hypnosis, a new and promising approach.
