This is a 24 minute NLP/Ericksonian Hypnosis/Guided Meditation (all three are used to describe it in the official description – don’t ask me why).  It’s aim is to motivate and inspire the listener into a state of laser-like focus.  The background music is very nice, and the author has a pleasant voice, and makes good points, without coming across as pretentious.  It comes from an iphone app called Pure Focus for those wishing to read the full description, you can find it in the app store (published by MobBase).  The production quality is fully professional and the audio is very crisp and clear and they put some cool echo effects on his voice in the latter half of the program which makes for a very hypnotic and relaxing effect, although you can also listen to it passively while going about your day.Excerpt from official description:”What if you could harness the power that your habits have been exhibiting in your life and redirect this force into a state of pure focus that you can aim at any goal of challenge in order to achieve your desired outcome in a way that is nearly effortless….?How ould your life be different then…?”By the way, I believe that is identical, verbatim to how the program begins – so truly that gives you a taste of the content (minus the soothing sounds).Listen to it daily for a a couple weeks and see if you experience some tangible results/effects etc – I think you will!Enjoy!!!!
