The Step-By-Step instructional DVD gets you started. Beto and Joy Prouty teach all four workout dances: Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia and Flamenco. The next video, Zumba Cardio, is led by Beto. It features high-energy, calorie-blasting aerobics (free-flowing and lots of fun). The third DVD is led by Joy Prouty.
