Please, help me seed.For the creation of this track I used – binaural beats, – monaural beats, – phase modulation, – time shifting for the creation of spatial effects.The track is 8:32 minutes long and will entrain your brain in the following frequencies: – 44Hz (gamma) – 40Hz (gamma) –  8Hz (deep alpha) –  4Hz (deep theta)While gamma waves are refreshing and give you concentration and clarity, alpha and theta are relaxing and will put you in a drowsy state.Having all those frequencies at the same time will be quite a challenge for your brain.What it sounds like: Rain and water sounds + a buzz for the gamma entrainment.The time shifting trick spreads the rain sounds nicely in space.Listen with headphones.
