And many people find that Open Focus offers a solution to  attentional challenges that have prevented them from performing at their best in daily life. You can learn to control your attention, taking a stand for yourself and your own health and well-being, by learning and practicing this elegantly simple technique. Our 2012 TeleSeminars will meet at 1:00 PM EST on the First Wednesday of each month.  On Wednesday, July 4th at 1PM EST on “Ask Dr. Fehmi,” Dr. Tomasz Kopec, a British physician with a large family practice, will join in Dr. Les Fehmi and Susan Shor Fehmi, LCSW, to discuss kind and caring ways to bring Open Focus™ practices into our day-to-day lives.  Two years ago in Dr. Kopec ‘s search for ways to help his patients to effectively reduce stress and pain, he discovered Open Focus™ Attention. Captivated, he came to the United States to study with Dr. Les Fehmi and Susan Shor Fehmi. Since then, he uses Open Focus™ with the patients in his practice to help them reduce their physical, mental and emotional suffering as well as teaching the exercises to his medical colleagues. Today, he also shares how he brought Open Focus™ into his family life, deepening his communications and relationship with his wife, and helping his children to understand how to create a happy, joyful life using Open Focus™ Attention. Our staff worked double time this month to pre-record this teleseminar so all of us can celebrate the day with friends and families, too! In lieu of questions and answers, a very lively, in-depth discussion takes up most of the hour culminating in a special exercise Dr. Fehmi crafted for our 4th of July holiday. Each 1 hour Seminar will include a short Open Focus™ Attention exercise led by Dr. Fehmi (a different exercise every month). The exercise will by followed by at least 30 minutes of Q & A discussion.Note: We do recommend that you have some basic familiarity with the practice of Open Focus™ before you participate.Les Fehmi is Director of the Princeton Biofeedback Center.
