This CD guides you through singing different tones for each of the chakras.For best results vocally tone the given note throughout the entire legnth of the selection and feel the sound of these living centers of the self.  Each center governs particular organs of the body.  Using your own voice to resonate each center helps to charge those organs, increasing circulation and oxygen, energy and vitality to that area.  The eighth center governs the energy field surrounding the body.  Track 9 is a sonic massage and Track 10 elicits spacial awareness.  Simply listen to these last two tracks and enjoy.
