The files in this product are derived from Jose Silva’s Ultramind ESP system. In that there is a meditation file with alpha sound. I have found this alpha sound most helpful in taking me into the meditative state.The original file was only 15 minutes long. I have created 2 more files of 30 minutes and 60 minutes duration using that alpha sound, because I found that by the end of 15 minutes when I was beginning to get into really deep meditative state, the end instructions used to begin to get me out of meditation. (The instructions are only in the beginning and at the end, rest all is just pure alpha sound)I have found that the longer I meditate the deeper I get into it. I have tried full hour of meditation only twice (due to lack of time), and it is amazing!!I have had these files for quite some time now, but uploading them now because I think that it might really help the people who are going to be a part of SACP18 GB, I think it might help in the dialoguing process.
