Description:A straight-forward aero/tone interval workout with lots of variety — very 30 to 60 seconds, Tracey changes the tempo, exercise or incline. You’ll rotate among three different workout techniques. Some segments are all-cardio; these are done a varying speeds (up “hills” and down “hills”). Other sections combine upper-body toning within the aerobics (e.g. dumbbell bicep curls as you walk). These segments are alternated with complementary lower-body-with-cardio sections (e.g. fast-paced squats and lunges on the treadmill). Tracey is supportive and friendly (not “hyper”). Requires 2 to 5 lb. dumbbells and a power-incline treadmill.from Tracey’s site… A cardio workout for everyone. Don’t own a treadmill? That’s ok, we have a modifier on the floor walking with us! A 55 minute workout with a 5 minute warm-up, 5 minute cool-down and nine 5 minute interval phases. Each phase is dedicated to working either upper body and cardio, lower body and cardio and cardio hill intervals. You will find this workout effective, challenging and fun!
