I was into Tai Chi couple of years ago. Really liked the way our teacher taught it to us. And then I quit it when my membership card in local fitness club expired.A month ago I met our teacher accidentally while I was jogging in the park that’s near our fitness club. We were glad to see each other and I happily remembered all of the pricticing in Tai Chi I had been doing in his class. I told him I was not so much into Tai Chi anymore. He as an experienced teacher didn’t push me to start again. I wished him well and went home. But after that something clicked inside telling me to start again. Also I found out a woman from our Tai Chi class, she’s actually a very experienced practitioner, I found out she lived 1 floor above me. She gave me this DVD saying this one has great presentation of 24th form, a form for daily practice.Enjoy.
