A new DVD workout of Beachbody’s One on One with instructor Tony Horton: Vol. 2, Disc 6 – Back & Belly.This workout followed on the heels of Butt and Belly (I Dare You). At first when I heard the title I was surprised that Abs would be back in the rotation so quickly. It is another alternating workout, Back then Belly; for pull ups Tony aims for 20 for most sets and for abs 30 with a few exceptions. It is a slower pace than most of Tony’s workouts, with mini breaks between most sets. You will definitely feel the burn on this one. Even though it is just 36 minutes it is a great workout, especially if you combine it with one of the shorter cardio workouts. I like to do it then do 2 rounds of the 10 Minute Shadow boxing from the 10 Minute Crusher Pack. And next month’s On One Leg looks just crazy.(Taken from bookreviewsandmore.ca)
